Creativity with Purpose
When Yinka Ilori, one of Britain’s most recognisable designers, set out to launch his foundation, the goal was simple but ambitious: create a platform that would champion creativity, inspire communities, and share opportunities for the next generation of artists. The foundation needed a website that matched that vision. Something visually striking, simple to navigate, and flexible enough to grow as the foundation evolved.
Linford was brought in to bring this vision to life. We started by understanding the foundation’s mission, audience, and stories. The website needed to feel like Yinka’s work, bold, colourful, and full of energy, but also professional, accessible, and built to last.
Designed to Inspire
Our approach was grounded in simplicity and intention. The site combines immersive visuals with a clean layout, letting the colour and pattern do the talking. Large imagery celebrates the foundation’s projects, while clear navigation keeps things easy for every visitor. The website lives on a single page for now, a compact home that can expand into a multi-page platform as the foundation grows.
We built every detail around experience, not just aesthetics. The site’s structure was designed for clarity, accessibility, and scalability, making it just as easy to use behind the scenes as it is to explore.
A Platform for Progress
The site launched in time for the foundation’s official debut, giving Yinka and his team a central hub for press coverage, partnerships, and community engagement. Built mobile-first, it works seamlessly across devices, from gallery openings to classrooms.
For the foundation, this wasn’t just a website. It was a statement of intent: creativity as a force for good.
