The role
We're looking for an Account & Project Manager who can bring clarity to complex projects and make working with Linford an excellent experience for our clients.
You'll be the connection between our clients and the people delivering their work, coordinating projects across creative, marketing, advertising and AI.
This role combines relationship management with hands-on project delivery. You'll understand what clients need, turn conversations into clear actions and make sure the right people have the information and support they need.
You'll also work closely with the founder to develop internal processes and help the studio operate efficiently as it grows.
What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Coordinating projects from initial briefing through to delivery.
- Creating project timelines, allocating resources and monitoring progress.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and following up on actions.
- Translating client feedback into clear, actionable briefs.
- Tracking budgets, project scope and delivery milestones.
- Identifying risks and resolving problems before they affect delivery.
- Coordinating designers, developers, marketers and technical specialists.
- Supporting proposals, estimates and project documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.
- Improving internal workflows, communication and project management processes.
What we're looking for
- Experience in account management, project management or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- An understanding of budgets, timelines and project scope.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Confidence using project management and collaboration tools.
- An interest in creative, digital and technology-led businesses.
Experience working in a creative agency, digital studio or technology consultancy would be useful, but we're equally interested in people with relevant experience from other industries.
