- Researching audiences, competitors and market opportunities.
- Managing advertising budgets and optimising campaign performance.
- Working with designers and creatives to develop effective campaign assets.
- Supporting content strategies, social media activity and organic growth.
- Monitoring website traffic, conversions and customer behaviour.
- Producing clear performance reports with meaningful recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on advertising spend.
- Keeping up with changes in digital platforms, advertising technology and consumer behaviour.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- An understanding of campaign measurement, tracking and attribution.
- Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong written communication and an understanding of effective advertising copy.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in understanding how businesses grow.
Experience with SEO, email marketing, marketing automation or e-commerce would be beneficial.
