Creative Designer

London, UK · Hybrid
Full-time · Permanent
We're looking for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong eye for detail, an appreciation for good design and the confidence to turn ideas into something worth looking at. You'll work across branding, digital experiences and campaigns, helping shape the creative output of Linford and the brands we work with.

The role

We're looking for a Creative Designer who cares about the details. Someone who understands that good design isn't simply about making things look better, but about making them work better.

You'll work across brand identities, websites, digital campaigns and creative content for businesses of different shapes and sizes. Some projects will start with a blank page, while others will involve developing and refining existing identities.

As part of a small, growing studio, you'll have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of projects rather than simply execute someone else's ideas.

‍

What you'll be doing

  • Developing brand identities, visual systems and brand guidelines.
  • Designing websites, landing pages and digital experiences.
  • Creating assets for advertising, social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Translating briefs into considered concepts and finished designs.
  • Collaborating with developers, marketers and other creatives.
  • Presenting creative ideas and explaining the thinking behind them.
  • Maintaining consistency and quality across client deliverables.
  • Contributing to Linford's own visual identity and creative output.

‍

What we're looking for

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, colour and visual composition.
  • Confidence using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • An understanding of responsive design and digital user experiences.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and an openness to feedback.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in improving your craft.

Experience with motion design, Webflow or 3D design would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

‍

Working at Linford

You'll have the freedom to explore ideas, develop your skills and take ownership of your work. We're interested in good thinking, thoughtful execution and people who want to contribute to building something together.

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
